Delivery

At Cool Paws, we strive to establish the best possible delivery solutions for our customers and are always looking for ways to expand our reach while keeping costs as reasonable as we can.

For orders R450 and over Cool Paws offers free delivery nationwide

For orders under R450 we charge a flat fee of R90.

Subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment from you, orders will be processed and the merchandise handed over to a courier company. Cool Paws offers a courier service across most of South Africa. All orders will arrive within 3 to 5 working days of placing your order however please allow additional time for outlying areas and if there are any stock shortages.

Our Postal Service can often be somewhat less than reliable , so we'd really rather not use them at all!

  • It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct mailing address at the time of order.
  • Standard lead time: In-stock items will be dispatched within 24 hours. Courier delivery will typically be completed within 2-3 working days following the dispatch of your order, but may be quicker.
  • Out-of-stock items will typically require an additional 2-3 working days to be dispatched, depending on stock availability with local suppliers
  • Out-of-stock imported items will typically require an additional 2-3 weeks to be dispatched, depending on stock availability with international suppliers

Delivery Times

  • Door-to-Door Delivery occurs on a weekday (Monday - Friday) between 08:00 and 17:00.
  • If choosing Door-to-Door delivery, please ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery. Where delivery has failed on the first occasion, a second attempt to deliver will occur. If delivery fails for the second time, you may be responsible for the costs incurred in subsequent attempts to deliver to the specified address.

RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy

  • If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount provided goods are unused and are returned in the original condition.
  • Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
  • The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase - items and packaging must be received in new condition - the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged - packaging must include all original items.
  • Return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt
  • Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address provided.

Cancellations

  • If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
